From how it was a constant pain to some days very minor that I don&#8217;t notice it.\u00a0 My energy level is awesome and my brain is very clear and focused.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I have had a few days that I felt very sore, and it seems to be in conjunction with my monthly cycles?? maybe the molecules are helping in that area, I do wonder how much my body needs at this time, I did up my does which I think helped but it is hard to tell if I would have naturally felt better or if its the molecules.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Overall I am very very happy with my progress, especially as I&#8217;m only 6 weeks into the 3-6 months expected timeframe.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Week 5<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Thursday 12 April<br \/>\n<\/strong>Started to feel a bit better again today<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm 6<\/li>\n<li>Shoulder 3<\/li>\n<li>Bowls ok<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div>Started to get ovulation pain wonder\ud83e\udd15 if that&#8217;s why I was feeling bad last week?<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Friday 13 \u00a0April<br \/>\n<\/strong>Observations for today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm level 6<\/li>\n<li>Feel more energy back again<\/li>\n<li>Ovulation pain 4<\/li>\n<li>Started to need the toilet a lot yesterday?<\/li>\n<li>Shoulder level 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>15 April Sunday<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>I forgot to write something yesterday which is interesting, am I not in so much pain so I forgetting??<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>My arm pain is definitely varying and not a constant anymore, at the moment it&#8217;s around 6 in morning to about 8 at night.<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>shoulder 2<\/li>\n<li>energy 4<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote>\n<div><strong>Notice:<\/strong> Bruises seem to be healing quicker. I bruise really easily and normally they take 2 weeks or so to heel, I&#8217;ve defiantly noticed them healing in a week!<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Wednesday 18 April\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nArm pain is quite minimal this morning yay, around 3!!!\u00a0\ud83d\ude2e<\/p>\n<div>I&#8217;ve started to notice a change in my skin. My forehead feels very dry and a bit sensitive maybe need to back off the gel a bit on my face, I had this when I started using my Arbonne products that had active ingredients, it was just my skin getting used to it,\u00a0so I\u2019m not worried.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong>Update:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Regarding my Skin being very dry. I\u2019ve spoken to Eniko (a natural path) and said to stop using the gel for a few days as it sounds like my skin is detoxing. \u00a0I\u2019ll back off and slowly introduce it again<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-691\" src=\"https:\/\/mmcdonogh.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/04\/woo-yeah-e1524815427132.png?w=830\" alt=\"woo-yeah.png\" width=\"415\" height=\"342\" \/><b>Woo hoo\u00a0just realised its the first day without my arm brace, didn&#8217;t even realise until now!! 10:00pm<\/b><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<h2>Week 6<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Thursday 19 April<\/strong><br \/>\nSkin really dry still and has become a little sensitive. I&#8221;ve had to back off putting some of my skincare on as it\u2019s stinging! I&#8217;m not putting the gel on my\u00a0face either.<\/p>\n<p>Skin feels itchy on arms. Maybe this is a detoxing or healing?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Friday 20 April<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0I woke up this morning, now feeling awful again, what I call back to my normal state (which is a huge change to what I&#8217;ve felt of the last 6 weeks). My mood is ok, as my head is clear, but my aches and pains and tiredness and not good again &#8211; overall feel a level 8<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm level last night around 8, I applied the 3x in 5 Mins, it gave me relief before bed, pain to about 5, but when I woke it was worse again.<\/li>\n<li>Shoulder \/\u00a0 neck &#8211; level 4<\/li>\n<li>no other noticeable pains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p><strong>Noticed: other than week 4, after the accident I haven&#8217;t taken any pain medication\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"emoji\">\ud83d\ude32<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday\u00a0 21st April<br \/>\n<\/strong>My skin is a lot better today and doesn\u2019t feel so dry. I&#8217;ve managed to use my genius pads this evening (before they were stinging)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OUCH &#8211; Knocked my knee ( basically Knee butted the wall). Applied Gel straight away to\u00a0see if I get a bruise???<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"  wp-image-681 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/mmcdonogh.files.wordpress.com\/2018\/04\/yay.png\" alt=\"yay.png\" width=\"364\" height=\"470\" \/><\/p>\n<p><em>(Update: Bruise did <\/em>develop<em> but really really fai<\/em><em>ntly, normally I bruise really bad)<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Have headaches<\/li>\n<li>Felt like I needed to drink more water today<\/li>\n<li>Energy good<\/li>\n<li>Happy<\/li>\n<li>Arm pain has varied today. Definitely not noticing it as much. Right now 12:46 (technical tomorrow) pain 4 woo hoo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Sunday 22 April<br \/>\n<\/strong>10:30 am &#8211; Did not want to get out of bed this morning, feeling very tired and a bit aching\/sore \/ stiff. The weather is\u2614\ufe0f\ud83c\udf27\u00a0&#8211; which is no incentive. First full wet morning for a while.\u00a0This is normal for me when it\u2019s wet and cold. Mins gel application. Maybe a minor decrease in pain but nothing significant atm.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Had to take some pain meds. But disappeared as soon as I did, normally need to take Buscapan too!<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>6:12pm. Not had to take any more pain meds which is an improvement! My skin had been feeling great but starting to get pimps around my mouth. I&#8217;ve not had this before &#8211; I wonder if this is another mini detox??<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>My Arm is feeling good. The pain has varied today but I\u00a0haven\u2019t had to wear my arm brace again. Pain from 4-5 to about 7 atm.<\/p>\n<p>Definitely noticing big variations. Not had to take any more pain meds for period paid Woop woop, bloating haven\u2019t noticed anything!!! \ud83d\ude0a\ud83d\ude06\ud83d\udc4d\ud83c\udffc\u00a0Very unusual.<\/p>\n<p>Excited what else these molecules will do<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Wednesday 25th April<\/strong><br \/>\nI woke up late &#8211; it&#8217;s a public holiday. But I have a headache and feel very very tired. I didn\u2019t put any gel on last night, not sure if\u00a0\ud83e\udd14 that has anything to do with it?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arm back to- level 7-8<\/li>\n<li>Aching body- level6<\/li>\n<li>Headache\u00a0&#8211; level 6<\/li>\n<li>Still on my period (but no pain!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Wow, feel like I use to on a bad day back ribs shoulders all ache.
