First weeks results on using the Redox signalling Molecules

I’ve kept a daily record of how I feel while taking this molecule beverage, hopefully, over the next few months, I can see any differences in my wellbeing. I’m not expecting much straight away, any significant changes I’ve been informed can take between 3-6 months. If you haven’t read my previous introduction post, see here >

Summary – update for the first week

“I’ve been taking the Redox signalling Molecule beverage twice a day (60ml x2) for a week now and randomly putting gel on areas of the body. Overall I’ve not felt any difference in any significant pain levels change. However other things have started to turn – I feel like I’ve been through a mini detox, and have a change in my mental alertness, although still feeling tired my brain seems wired.”

Here is a list of issues and pains that I have before taking the molecule beverage. Pain level rated between 0-10,  10 being the highest level pain.

pain-scale

My Pain descriptions and general health status, on a day to day basis – before taking the beverage

Saturday 17 March 2018

Had to get up relatively early today, feel very tired, kept snoozing.

Body feels;

  • heavy
  • ribs hurt
  • Elbox – level 8
  • very emotional
  • back – level 3
  • the brain seems alert, which is weird because I feel tired.

Dosage: 60ml x2

After 2nd does

  • Elbow pain seems a little less when I picked up a jug of water – level 6, but straightening still at level8
  • Lips feel tingling – applied gell 3x 5 mins
  • Applied to my scar
  • Applied to my cat’s eyes ( see below)

Decided to try molecules on Oscar (my, cat)…

Oscar has had an eye issue for a few months now. The vet doesn’t know what’s wrong, maybe a virus, but the symptoms haven’t got worse or better, and after reading a post on facebook of a testimonial of a Guinie pig that the vet said to put to sleep, instead the owners gave this molecule and he is still alive!  I thought what the heck!

I soaked a cotton wool ball in the solution and applied to Oscar’s eyes, and tried to wash them out with it too as much as I could (cat + liquid= angry cat) – See photo.

Sunday 18 March 2018

Here are today’s notes:

  • Bowel movements  – seem healthy, I actually had a proper 💩 😲 ( sorry for the detail) – this is not normal for me!
  • Elbow – pain level still high – 8
  • Back around 4
  • Tired but I had broken sleep and couldn’t switch off my brain! I seem very wired, not sure if this is the molecules – maybe it’s just me learning about these molecules?
  • I feel like I smell, as though something coming out of my pores, and have a weird metal taste in the mouth
  • Applied to an area of skin on my body, where I have had an acne issue – Photo was taken

Monday 19 March 2018

  • Feel very tired again but have mental alertness – things seem clear
  • no improvement in the elbow
  • Still, have weird taste in the mouth
  • My the tongue is white

Tuesday 20 March 2018

  • Didn’t sleep well at all
  • my body feels very heavy, sore body (maybe from cleaning on Sunday for my rent inspection)
  • Arm 7 then later back to 8 in evening
  • Shoulder 6 up to 7 throughout the day
  • Bought a spray bottle for Oscar’s eyes – he hates it, I think I’ll go back to cotton wool pads.

Wednesday 21 March 2018

  • Arm around 6 this morning, maybe I just had a good sleep? However after using my phone pain back up to 8
  • On initially waking, feel tired, but the mind is awake.
  • I had trouble getting to sleep last night, mind racing, and interruption with the animals, but once asleep was a great night sleep – didn’t snooze my alarm which is unusual.
  • Eat rice last night and for lunch ( food I’m not supposed to eat) normal reaction – note to myself stop eating rice!
  • Oscars’ eyes seem to be slightly improved. Hard to tell will have to check the photos
  • Drinking lots of water (typical for me)

Thursday 22 March 2018

  • Ribs body still hurting when I wake up from my nights’ sleep
  • Arm same
  • Mind awake got up straight away and started chores in the house!
  • Running out of Gel, so I’m not consistently using it – hopefully, my order will arrive soon. I’m thinking of doubling my does
  • The evening had the beginnings of a migraine, used what was left of the gel on temples back of the neck – seemed to release it a little. Went to bed.

So there you have it, I feel like my mental alertness has increased in the first week.

Have a great day 🌻

First week on redox signalling molecules

4 days ago a close friend of mine asked me to go to a presentation about a new health product that she thought I would benefit from.

I was a little intrigued but the main reason I went was that she was a friend and I’m so glad I did.

After hearing the testimonials of others that had been taking these molecules my level of curiosity heightened, I was actually moved by the stories I was hearing and just thought wow if this works how many people I could share it with and help with their daily suffering, and mine too.

I have suffered pain almost all my life since I was a young kid, I’ve been prodded and poked and roughly diagnosed with all sorts of issues, but nothing really that was fixable. My symptoms change from year to year and as I’m getting older other issues have crept in too. I suffer from what I think a lot of people do, symptoms involving digestive issues, inflammation, joint pain and general wear and tear, so on hearing about how this product had changed peoples lives, I could not say no, I have nothing to lose from it!

I’m mainly writing this for my future self to remember where I am at with my pain levels and to track the effects of these molecules I’m taking. I am a little skeptical but time will tell, and I just keep reading some many testimonials that I want to see it for myself.  I haven’t decided if I should do daily or weekly posts but watch this space for my report on how hopefully this will change my health…

Eradicate the winter effects on your skin – Inspired by the ocean

seasource-blog-image

The Winter can be harsh on our skin, and it is so easy to forget our daily moisturising routine when it is cold – personally, I just want to jump into bed and snuggle up under the covers. However, this year I have found a new incentive. I discovered the SeaSource range. It smells amazing and has so many beneficial sea botanicals purify the body, I just want to indulge in these products. One I would definitely recommend and fantastic for anyone who is time poor and struggles to get to the salon – with the added bonus of it being a fraction of the cost.

Inspired by the ocean. Drawn from the finest European spa therapies that stimulate, strengthen and support health and beauty from the inside out.

My beautiful friend, beautician and holistic health enthusiast has written a bit about the products which I would love to share…

SeaSource Detox Spa – written by Eniko Nehez

The range can be used all year round. With its main aims at purification, detoxification, relaxation and revitalisation, I certainly was not disappointed.

Four main therapies are used are:
Balneotherapy – the process of purifying the skin and improving circulation with the use of therapeutic mineral salts, seaweeds and essential oils

Algotherapy – where the skin is fortified to create vibrancy and youthful appearance with the use of macronutrients and trace minerals that are derived from deep-sea algae.

Thalassotherapy – using the therapeutic effects and ingredients from the ocean to stimulate relaxation

Hydrotherapy – invigorating the body and opening pores which allows circulation to be stimulated and heat the body with the use of various vital sea nutrients.

For me, I would wash with the Detoxifying Rescue Wash on a daily basis and used the Sea Salt Scrub a couple of times a week in the shower. Followed by the Re-mineralizing Body Lotion 24h mixed with a pump of the 5-in-1 Essential Massage Oil once I was towel dried. The reason for this was for added moisture during the winter months, which meant that my skin stayed more hydrated and protected against the elements for longer.

Once a week I would soak in the Purifying Sea Soak, which actually left small black residual muck around my bathtub – needless to say, I freaked out! After much investigation and asking a good friend of mine who sells the product she informed me that it was actually deposits of all the hard metals and toxins from my skin that had built up over time. That night, I had the best sleep I’ve had in months and woke up feeling completely rejuvenated.

The Fortifying Hair Mask not only is ok for me to use in my Keratin treated hair but was also a life-restorer to my matted, dead and winter-weathered hair. The Sea Mud Face and Body Mask is a treat I do every fortnight or so on my whole body or if I am preparing for an upcoming shoot – is clinically proven to reduce the appearance of cellulite, remove centimetres from your waist, thighs, arms and butt – need I say more?

Another big tip I’ve started to include is to ‘dry brush’ your skin. The effects of dry-brushing your skin before showering is to stimulate the skin and increase circulation. it is also a great way to exfoliate and helps the body’s natural elimination and drainage process before using detoxifying products.

But for me the winner of the lot, is the Renewing Body Gelee. Not only does it optimally hydrate your skin but it also assists in the breakdown of lactic acid after a workout and calming your skin after inflammation (think sunburn in the middle of summer!).

The Seasource Detox range, when used in synergy, provides a whole body detox and leaves your skin treated with the cellular layer and benefits your insides. It a uni-sex range with a subtle and delicious scent that can be enjoyed by men and women from 12years +.

As a holistic health enthusiast, there are few things I will put in and on my body. Arbonne is globally known for its Safe, Pure and Beneficial products that contain no nasty chemicals or by-products and leave you feeling fresh.

One thing is for sure, I am most certainly ready for Spring to arrive next week,

See you on the beach! – written by Eniko Nehez

I need to share this…helps itchy lumps and bites

I really am chuffed with the SeaSource body Gelee and rejuvenating cream.

At the beginning of the summer heat, each year I get these annoying itchy hard lumps on my hands, especially on my knuckles. Every year I try all different kind of creams and I must say this combo has worked the best…

Apply a small amount of the Gelee cream, every time it starts to itch, keep re-applying 2-3 times until it stops. Then at night applied the rejuvenating cream which helps to heal the skin.

Works on mosquito bites too!

Weight Loss without trying

Well I’ve got to say I’m pretty impressed. I’ve lost 4cm and 1kilo in a week using these new weight management products! That’s without trying and eating chocolate and drinking wine. Love them 🙂

I’ve had to back off with the amount of fibre I was adding and couldn’t take the greens on its own as I didn’t like the taste, but when added to my meal replacement shake and adding a banana I kinda like it. All in all I’m highly recommending these. I believe they are great and you can adapt amounts and what you take depending on your goals.

Progress update: Evolution

Well, I’ve got to say I’m pretty impressed.

I liked the Arbonne shakes before the formula changed to a “meal replacement shake” and I’m loving them even more… Is that possible?

I put a scoop of my Greens powder and 1/4 of the fibre into my shake with 2 baby bananas and it is so satisfying for my breakfast. I use to skip breakfast because I never had time, so now these shakes and so quick and easy I have them on the run.

I don’t get hungry, I don’t feel bloated, I can truly say I like them. A lot!

Weight Management Program – Evolution

Day one of my weight management program… and I’ve already been asked on Facebook why am I doing this?

Well it’s not just over weight people that need to manage their diet, these products aren’t really for a diet as such but to manage your diet. They contain some amazing ingredients which helps support your digestion and metabolism, and gives a more natural energy boost rather than replying in in healthy sugar or caffein spikes.

So far I’ve been using the following Arbonne Healthy living products:

The Pea Protein Shakes, (also see previous blogs) but I love the vanilla flavour. Combined with two small bananas its really tasty and it is a great breakfast alternative for me as I use to skip it having no time in the mornings. Arbonne have recently changed the ingredients (slightly) so they can officially be called meal replacement shake ( they have also taken out fructose, which is apparently a known carcinogenic!). To make my shake even more beneficial I’ve include the “greens balance” and “thermobooster” tablets to my diet.

The Green balance – to start with I had it on its own. Wow the taste is something I will have to TRY and get use to. However in the meantime i think I will try adding it to my shake to see if it’s more palatable!

Thermoboist tablets. After taking these I have become so much more alert than I have for a while. Normally I get a massive lag around 3pm but I’m still going which is a great sign (although I think I will not have them after lunch anymore as I am still wide awake and its gone after midnight!)

Will see what tomorrow brings…

Reasons to watch out and look after your

Reasons to watch out and look after your skin… http://www.changeyourlook.com.au http://ow.ly/i/5xsSw

The world wide web is filled with controversial ingredient information?

Unfortunately the world wide web is filled with controversial information; not all sources of information are reliable and not all studies are conclusive, especially when using major search engines as primary sources of research.

It seems so many people are quick to judge and form inconclusive opinions when researching products. One can easy to get caught up in the ingredient details so it is important you have confidence not only in the products but also in the company that produces them.

There is a lot of negativity out their about certain ingredients and in some of the Arbonne products in particular. However it seems to be more of peoples “options” rather than actual facts, maybe from competitors?

Being new to this industry I was a little skeptical myself, but I now truly believe in what Arbonne stand for and trust in their products, mainly due to their response when I asked them straight out…

“At Arbonne we have 30 + researchers developed constantly looking into the safety of all their products and wil take immediate action if anything is unsafe! Arbonne evaluates the science and safety of all ingredients in an open and unbiased, and expert manner”

It is important to use reputable sources. Below are two sites that were recommended to me to use as a authoritative source of ingredient information.

Cosmetic ingredient review board
The CIRB was established in 1976 with the support of the US food and Drug administration and the consumer Federation of America

Personal Care Projects Council
The PCPC is the leading national trade association for the cosmetic and personal-care Industry.

In one of Arbonne products there is an ingredient they use called Butylene Glycol, a client asked why since it seems to have a bit of negative press. My answer was as follows, this is a reliable piece of information, so judge for your self….

Butylene Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Ethoxydiglycol and Dipropylene Glycol are clear, practically colorless, liquids.

In cosmetics and personal care products, these ingredients are used in the formulation of hair and bath products, eye and facial makeup, fragrances, personal cleanliness products, and shaving and skin care products.

Butylene Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Ethoxydiglycol and Dipropylene Glycol are used as solvents and viscosity decreasing agents in cosmetics and personal care products.

The safety of Butylene Glycol and related ingredients has been assessed by the (CIR) Expert Panel. The CIR Expert Panel evaluated the scientific data and concluded that Butylene Glycol, Hexylene Glycol, Ethoxydiglycol and Dipropylene Glycol are safe for use in cosmetics and personal care products. In 2004, the CIR Expert Panel considered available new data on Butylene Glycol and the related ingredients and reaffirmed the above conclusion. There were no reactions indicative of skin sensitization to these glycols in any skin sensitization assays and no suggestions of phototoxicity or photosensitization.

“Arbonne will take immediate action on any ingredient that is unsafe in any of its formulations when guided by the FDA, the CTFA and the CIR. In our normal course of business, we continue to research and develop the pure, safe, and beneficial products our Independent Consultants and Clients have enjoyed for more than 30 years.”

I hope this has helped any skeptics out there, enjoy researching and I highly recommend the Arbonne products, my skin has never been this good….maybe when I pluck up the courage I will share my before and after photos 🙂
